We were in a bad spot. With wires showing on at least 1 of our tires. We had bought some used ones that we had planned on putting on however they were weather cracked and to old to use. We didn't have much money to work with and didn't know what we were going to do. However Shannon did what she could to get us a deal on a different set of used tires. Thank you so much. On November 25th 2025 at approximately 1140 am, I had my friend Aaron at J and M tire on Garden Ave. He called me because the tire techs had broken a stud on the car and wanted to charge him for the repair. I told him to request them to repair the damage as reasonable care should have bee. Taken to avoid the broken stud. If they had broken the lugs loose with a manual tool and thwn used the air ratchets to remove the studs, they would not have broken the stud. The manager, Levi, refused to accept responsibility and said he would place customer refused repair on the work order. Very disappointing from a local tire shop that is supposed to be more friendly. I could accept responsibility if they came to me and stated that the lug nut was being stubborn and they needed to break it to get the tire off, but they broke the stud and then told me about it. This is unacceptable. I told Levi I would be taking J and M tire to court for Auto Repair Negligence as he should have repaired the stud at the shops cost not forced a customer to drive on a missing lug. This may not be an immediate safety issue, but it puts extra stress on the remaining 5 lugs and could cause premature failure of the fut

We had our 23' RV in for Oil change, tire rotation and 30k mile scheduled maintenance. Super friendly staff, treated me with respect and listened to my concerns and made sure to take care of everything I wanted completed. Both the mechanical shop and the tire shop did a great job. The only reason for the 3-stars instead of 5 was because the tire shop brought the RV out of the shop with a couple of obvious oversights. One of the tire TPMS systems was not reprogrammed correctly and only showing 2psi and the warning light was illuminated on the dash. In addition, they left the inner rear tires on my duallys inflated to the pressure they were at when on the front, which is 15psi too high. As the customer, I should not be the one to discover these issues (especially when the warning light is illuminated on the dash) after they deliver the vehicle back to me. Additionally, a day and a half later, one of my tires was registering 15psi low. Turns out it had a slow leak at the valve because the valve extender was not screwed on tight. Luckily I discovered it before I had a blowout on the interstate! Would I recommend J&M and would I go back, YES. I get the impression they usually don't let

I have a travel trailer that the tires had a sidewall bulge in 2 of them and I have an aftermarket warranty that I bought with the new trailer. I had taken the trailer to Whalen Tire as they are closer to where I live and they took the photos of the tires but never contacted the warranty company then they didn't save the photos or create a file for me so I would have had to start all over. They even seemed put off by having to deal with a warranty company. I decided to take it to J&M instead and they took the photos, contacted the warranty company and had my trailer done in a matter of a couple hours. They not only got the warranty to pay for 2 tires but I also bought 2 more while it was there and they did it all with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. I will return here for all my future tire business and recommend everyone to go here first. A+ BUSINESS!
